UAS Appraisal was created by two veterans of the Insurance Appraisal industry. Our goal is simple: To provide quality, accurate, reliable and convenient inspections on time every time.
One of the ways we have achieved our goal is by selecting experienced independent appraisers and further developing their skills. Upon joining the UAS team, all members undergo a very extensive Quality Assurance training program that includes customer service development to effectively communicate with policy holders, claimants, repair facilities and attorneys. According to statistics, most times the first actual person an insured or claimant meets after an accident is the Appraiser and we feel it is crucial that a great impression is made on our assignors’ behalf
On our operational and administrative side, through great care and consideration of each file, we understand the concerns of each assignor and address the real issues in a rudimentary fashion.
